About IBO Player

IBO Player is a versatile IPTV media player available on nearly every platform and operating system. It features a clean user interface, smooth playback, and built-in EPG support, making it the preferred choice for IPTV users across Canada. The app supports M3U playlists, Xtream Codes, and remote playlist activation.

Installing on Android Phones & Tablets

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Search for "IBO Player" or "IBO Player Pro".
3. Tap Install and wait for the download to complete.
4. Open the app and note the Device ID / MAC address displayed on screen.
5. Send this MAC address to Streamanova support via WhatsApp or email.
6. Once activated, restart the app and your channels will load automatically.

Installing on Amazon Fire TV Stick

1. From your Fire TV home screen, navigate to Find > Search.
2. Search for "IBO Player" and select it from the results.
3. Click Download or Get to install.
4. Open IBO Player and note your device MAC address.
5. Contact Streamanova support with your MAC address for remote activation.
6. Restart the app to load your channel list.

Tip: If IBO Player is not available directly, you can sideload it using the Downloader app from the Amazon App Store.

Installing on Windows PC

1. Visit the official IBO Player website or the Microsoft Store.
2. Download the Windows version of IBO Player.
3. Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts.
4. Open IBO Player and copy your device MAC address.
5. Send it to Streamanova support for activation.
6. Restart the app to begin streaming.

Installing on macOS

1. Open the Mac App Store and search for "IBO Player".
2. Click Get to download and install.
3. Launch the app and note your MAC address.
4. Contact us with your MAC address for playlist activation.
5. Restart IBO Player and your content will be ready.

Installing on Samsung & LG Smart TVs

1. On Samsung: Open the Samsung App Store. On LG: Open the LG Content Store.
2. Search for "IBO Player".
3. Install the app and open it.
4. The app will display your device MAC address on the main screen.
5. Send this to Streamanova support via WhatsApp (+1 939 800 3993) or email.
6. Once we activate your playlist remotely, restart the app and start watching.

IBO Player is an excellent choice for non-Android Smart TVs, as it provides smooth playback and full EPG integration on both Samsung Tizen and LG webOS platforms.

Adding Your IPTV Playlist

There are two methods to add your Streamanova playlist to IBO Player:

Method 1: Remote Activation (Recommended)

1. Open IBO Player and find your MAC address on the home screen.
2. Send this MAC address to Streamanova support.
3. We will activate your playlist remotely within minutes.
4. Restart the app and your channels will appear.

Method 2: M3U / Xtream Codes

1. Open IBO Player and navigate to Settings > Add Playlist.
2. Select M3U URL or Xtream Codes.
3. Enter the credentials provided by Streamanova after purchase.
4. Save and restart the app to load your channel list.

Troubleshooting

• Channels not loading: Ensure your internet connection is stable. Restart IBO Player and try again.
• Buffering issues: Check your internet speed (minimum 25 Mbps recommended for 4K). Try connecting via Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi.
• App not available: On some devices, you may need to sideload IBO Player. Contact our support team for assistance.
• EPG not showing: Go to Settings > EPG and refresh the guide data. This may take a few minutes on first load.
