Welcome to Streamanova ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://streamanova.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Streamanova provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorized device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in Canada, to create an account.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
Payments are processed securely. Streamanova does not store payment card details.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Exceptions apply only for verified service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours (pro-rata credit) or confirmed duplicate charges (full refund). Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must NOT share, resell, or redistribute your credentials; broadcast or re-stream content; circumvent access controls; use automated tools; or violate any applicable law in Canada.

6. Device Limitation

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application.

7. Service Availability

Streamanova strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service is the property of their respective content owners and licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for personal use only.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel by contacting [email protected].

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMANOVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
